If you receive a charge of discrimination from the EOC, read the charge, figure out what it is that is actually being stated by the employee that happened in your business. The next thing that I would recommend is that you find a qualified attorney in the area of employment discrimination law to help you figure out what the next steps are. There are specific requirements that you have with respect to responding to these complaints, and the timelines are very limiting, so please don't let it sit on your desk.
