OSHA is a governing body that makes sure that employers are providing a safe workplace for their employees. In order to comply, you need to understand what your obligations are based on the specific risks that is being asked of your employees to undergo. It's very important that you speak to somebody who is competent in OSHA compliance to identify what your obligations are and help you put systems in place to make sure that you comply.
