The first thing I would say is don't panic. I would look at the complaint and see what you're being sued for. Just because you're being sued doesn't mean you have liability. So once you identify what it is you're being sued for and who's suing you, I would contact a lawyer who specializes in that area to determine what the next steps are. Again, don't panic. Just because you're being sued doesn't mean that you are liable.
