When negotiating a business contract there's two considerations. There's the business consideration and the legal consideration. The reason you're entering into the contract is to get your business needs met, but at the same time, there are legal consequences to agreements that you make. You need to identify what your businesses are and then make sure that they match with the legal requirements.
