Identifying and controlling safety hazards in your business is an important step in making sure that you're compliant with the OSHA and safety regulations specific to your industry. An audit of the facilities in which your employees work is the first step, but training and communication is also key. You need to make sure that your employees understand what the risks are, how to protect against them, and once they're reported, what you need to do to make sure that you can eliminate or remediate such risk.
