Outsourced in-house counsel is a really good way for startup businesses or existing businesses to have a general counsel assist them with contract negotiations, needs-based assessments, strategic planning, and corporate governance when they don't have a full time need, but they do have legal needs and general legal questions. It gives them an opportunity to have somebody who partners with their business and understands what their goals are to give them the legal advice when they need it.
