Monthly Fee Plans
The Essential, Advantage, and Comprehensive Monthly Fee Plans provide discounts from the standard hourly rate and encourage a proactive approach to addressing your legal needs. Each plan allows us to communicate regularly, assess business decisions on an ongoing basis, and prevent unexpected legal problems.
If you go over your allotted plan hours, additional hours will be billed at your plan rate (a discount from the standard rate). If you use less than your allotted plan hours, you can roll over up to five hours to the following month, based on your plan. However, this does not reduce the monthly rate.

Project Specific Flat Fee Plan
If you have a specific project you would like to work on, I offer a flat fee based on the complexity and time commitment of the project. If you’re interested in this option, contact me for more details.
